o Maximum of six (6) passengers (not including captain) as per U.S. Coast Guard requirements.  If you have more than six in your party, we have relationships with other USCG qualified boat captains and can coordinate with them. 

o 25% due to secure reservation plus signing of liability waiver

o Payment via Credit Card, Check, Cash, or Venmo

o * All trips include a gingerbread cottage tour at the Martha’s Vineyard Camp Meeting Association in Oak Bluffs, subject to a mutually agreeable time

Cancellation

o Final payment due three calendar days before charter, by noon (e.g. Saturday charter requires payment by 12:00 pm Wednesday) or charter will be cancelled and deposit returned.  We will provide a full refund if we need to cancel in the event of weather (rain, wind, fog, storms etc.) or otherwise, at the discretion of the captain.

o Vineyard Haven Town Pier at Owen Park

o Edgartown pier next to Edgartown Yacht Club

o Falmouth Harbor Town Launch

What to Bring/Services & Facilities

o Type 1 Life jackets provided for all passengers. Children 12 and under are required to wear life jackets at all times while onboard

o Bluetooth speaker provided

o Onboard private head (restroom) and sink

o Bring towels, water shoes, sunscreen, warm/dry clothes as appropriate

o We are a family charter, do not specialize in fishing, and are happy to recommend experienced fishing charters.

Food & Beverage

o Bottled water provided

o Recommend bringing own food and beverages

§ With advance notice we can arrange to provide sandwiches, snacks, charcuterie etc.
